FULL DAY OF OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING



This is just a day of our program (olympic weightlifting) it consists of:
Clean and jerks: 5 x 3
Snatch balance: 3 x 3
Front squats: 3 x 5
Snatchgrip behind the neck press: 3 x 5
